Sarah Lucia Spratt is a native to Detroit. In 2001 she moved to New York City to follow her creative path. Before becoming a hair colorist Sarah Lucia worked creating sewn sculptures for artist Nayland Blake and designing for a small women’s label called Eventide. When the line closed Sarah Lucia decided to focus on color. With her unique taste she started assisting for fashion editorials and celebrities, while landing a position at Sally Hershberger Salon.
She joined ION Studio in 2010 and built a very admirable roster of clients, including “of the moment” actors and musicians.
Her works have been featured in V magazine, Dazed Digital, Visual Tales to name a few.
